The Cheltenham Festival takes place from Tuesday the 15th to Friday the 18th of March 2011. The first day, is Centenary Day – Marking one hundred years of racing history. Over the four days, there are 27 races, with highlights including the Gold Cup, Queen Mother Champion Chase and the Champion Hurdle.
If you want to watch the Cheltenham action from the comfort of home, the only way to watch the whole of the festival is on Racing UK, and here’s what you need to know:
Racing UK is available on Sky, Virgin and online as a subscription service. They’re covering every race from Cheltenham live, and they run a live preview show before each days’ action begins. Throughout the rest of the year, Racing UK covers races live from 30 of the UK’s top racecourses – around 4,500 races a year.
Racing UK is a subscription service, costing £20 a year, but if you sign up now for Cheltenham, you’ll also get an exclusive quarterly magazine with interviews, previews, as well as free bets and tickets to the 30 racecourses covered by the TV channel. If you decide to opt for their annual subscription, you’ll also receive a FREE online subscription to RACING UK Player, which would normally cost you £9.99 per month.
To enjoy all the action from this year’s Cheltenham Festival on Sky, Virgin or over the Internet, go to www.racinguk.com , or take a look at our Racing UK page.
